Returns and Refunds

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us straight away on 07821 126 685 or at sifu@wingchunhalesowen.co.uk. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery if it was damaged in the post. We will replace it free of charge.

If you change your mind, tell us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send the Goods back unopened, in their packaging and in the same condition we sent them, to Unit 1C, Eagle Trading Estate, Stourbridge Road, Halesowen, B63 3UA. Opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded.

Please give us your order number or receipt so we can find your order. Keep your proof of postage and think about insuring the parcel, because it is yours until it reaches us.

We refund to the card you paid with, within 30 days of getting the Goods back.
