Terms and Conditions of sale

These terms cover anything you buy from this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1 Who we are

“We”, “us” and “the Seller” mean Wing Chun Kung Fu Ltd, trading as Halesowen Wing Chun. “You” means the person placing the order. “Goods” means the products you order from us.

2 Your order

  • When you place an order you are asking to buy from us. We accept your order when we confirm it or send the Goods.
  • The description and price of each product are on its product page. Photographs are a guide and may not match the product exactly.
  • Products marked “Coming soon” or “Sold out” cannot be ordered.
  • These terms apply to every order and replace any other terms. We can only change them in writing.

3 Price and payment

  • The price is the price shown on the website when you order. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT if it applies.
  • Postage is extra and is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • You pay at checkout by debit or credit card.

4 Delivery

  • We send to the UK, Europe and the USA. The postage options and prices are shown at checkout. You can also choose local pickup from the club shop; contact us first to arrange a time.
  • We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. That is our aim, not a promise, because things can go wrong with post and stock. If there is a delay we will phone or email you and agree a new date.
  • Please check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or wrong, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
  • The Goods are yours to look after from the moment they are delivered. They stay ours until we have been paid in full.

5 Dit Da Jow / Fall Hit Wine and Iron Palm Dit Da Jow

These are traditional herbal massage liquids, made in Halesowen. They are not medicines.

  • For external use only. Never drink it.
  • Keep away from eyes, broken skin, children, pets and clothing.
  • Do a patch test on a small area first. Stop using it if your skin reacts.
  • Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • It has an alcohol base, so it is flammable. Keep it away from flames.
  • If you are unwell, have a medical condition, take regular medication or are unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist before use.
  • The recipe was developed with advice from a Chinese herbalist. Use is at your own risk.
  • Ingredients are listed on the product page where we have them.
  • Opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened bottles can be returned under section 6.

6 Returns and refunds

  • If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us straight away on 07821 126 685 or at sifu@wingchunhalesowen.co.uk and we will put it right free of charge.
  • If you change your mind, tell us within 7 days of receiving your order and send the Goods back unopened, in their packaging and in the same condition we sent them. Send them to the address above. Keep your proof of postage and think about insuring the parcel, because it is yours until it reaches us.
  • Please give us your order number or receipt so we can find your order.
  • We refund to the card you paid with, within 30 days of getting the Goods back.
  • This does not affect your legal rights.

7 Our responsibility

  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
  • Apart from that, we are not responsible for any loss, cost or damage that is not a direct result of us breaking these terms.
  • We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our control, such as strikes, accidents, fire, war, bad weather, or problems with post or supply.
  • If a court decides any part of these terms cannot apply, the rest still does.

8 Your details

We use your details to deal with your order. How we look after them is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9 Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
